Issuance of Press Release

On April 28, 2022, DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022 on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 and it will hold its earnings call on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – April 28, 2022 — DoubleDown Interactive (NASDAQ: DDI) (“DoubleDown” or the “Company”), a leading developer and publisher of digital social casino games, will hold a conference call on Tuesday, May 10 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) to discuss its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022.
